I changed my boi's milk from Enfa family to Sustagen few weeks back when he turn 1.. Reckon it's less filling as compared to formula milk cuz his solid intake increased quite abit

I was advised that after 1st birthday, there's no significant use for toddler to drink formula milk as the nutrient they need will come direct from source itself. Do u change to regular milk powder? if so, what brand do u recommend?

Care to share any ideas on 1st birthday celebration?
