Sure u can do it :) I nature birth without epidural ... At final moment the nurse force me to take pain relief gas :) also hv to thanks the nurse , cos it speed up the delivery too :D I gave birth to a 3.9kgs son .. So u can do it too .. Jia u :)

Me too, not using flash card :) I bought a crayon for my son, let him draw & slowly add on crayon for him till he know all the colours :p 15mths bb is good to train their motor skill ...

I think u better switch to pediatric doctor, they will teach u how to loosen the phlegm using hand to pat his back ( just like we pat after his drinking milk) ... 把大拇指收在手掌心，手掌微弯。pat softly so u won't hurt the bb, need to pat for 5mins ... This method teach by my bb pediatric @ TMC...
