Hi mommies
My babies used to be able to sleep longer at nite but as they just started flipping, they got very active in the middle of the nite even if I swaddle them. I'd tried to make them as tired as possible before the last feed but it doesn't help now.
Any advice?

Anyone has very sore breasts? I'm only 5 wks preggie but my breasts are so sore that I can't sleep on my sides.. and with heartburn and MS (I vomited mainly white foamy stuff and gastric juice) I have to resort to wearing sports bra or those non-wired one.
Is it normal??
I'm 5 weeks liao.. and was feeling rather sickly cos MS. Now I know it's due to Duphaston which the doc prescribed when I am preggie thru IVF... *sigh* guess I just have to endure endure endure
