I had fever during my confinement n it's caused by mastitis (blocked milk duct). If u hav breast sore n feeling chill, then most likely u r down with mastitis. Go to c doc (gp will do), and u will b prescribed antibiotic n u will feel much better after u take the med. After u recover, continue...
