So which stroller did you settle for in the end and when did you start putting your kiddy in the stroller? I think I may probably use the stroller when my small one is still a tiny infant, so that is why I am looking for one where the baby can face me.

Yes, it is safe to travel in 2nd trimester, but the airline company you are with may want a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel - so maybe ask your gynae to write one for you?
