folic acid, vitamin C and nataboost ( dha supplement fish oil from plant). i like Nataboost as its smaller than the rest of the ones in the market ( was previously given dhaxtra, so big$! :eek:) , already need to swallow so many pills leow...vit C to prevent fall sick... now i dun feel so nausea
i m taking NataBoost from my gynae. was previously given dhaxtra n want to puke! so big n smelly how to swallow? this nataBoost smaller! moreoever its not from fish its from plant ( some algae) so betta:tlaugh:
