Yes i heard of this too. but once i stop taking, the milk supply will be less

mummies .. i read the posts mostly of you able to pump quite lot of milk now. mine is 3rd week, i still pumping only 50ml.. or less... and every 3hrs.. how to incerease the milk supply?? i drink the fishbone papaya soup.. no effect. Neither i got engorgment pump..
