Mayb the person measure wrongly . U went to Polyclinic for the check? If so , it always different ppl measure . The very last time I went Polyclinic my bb is at 10 percentile so I went to kkh a wk ltr, the doc measure 15 percentile. So I also who is right. But at least he seem normal
