To play safe better avoid vigorous exercises that need to use strength. Especially 1st trimester where it is dangerous stage.

Don't think can discipline much until 1 yr old. Hardly listen.

Try massage lightly the head. When bathing, wash the head and use your hand roll in round circles gently on the baby's head everyday. Head will be round soon.

Can also try use towel, fold up abit.

I everyday take 6 types of vitamins. For me fenugreek don't work. But I still take because buy already don't waste... Now still left half bottle. :embarrassed:

Change all those silicon parts. Wash and steam the 2nd hand pump to kill bacteria.

Don't wash with normal body soap onto nipples as it will dry the skin there. Worst might make it crack. I use facial wash instead. Milder.
