During my stimulation (injections), i took red dates + longans + wolf berries drink, 2 to 4 egg whites, drink a cup of ensure milk, 5 brazil nuts daily.

I think it is up to individual to believes in those old wives' tales.
Since you did it unintentionally, don't brood over it anymore. If you want to play safe, just avoid doing it the next time...

Don't give up. You still have some frozen eggs right? Give yourself a 2nd try… All the best to you.

Actually I'm scare of injections but for the sake of baby have to endure.
But I guess I have to self inject cos my hubby dun dare to inject for me... =(
