How many have property as one arm of your diversified investments?
Buy to Lets?
With new laws reducing mortgage payments as deductibles, is it still worth keeping a portfolio?
I must be something of a misanthrope, as I hate dealing with people directly, :), so wonder if I should off-load my properties.
Also, is Saddiq Khans push for rent-control a worry for those of you in London?

Hi! It's nice to see a person who is engaged in the same business as me. I have been involved in real estate investments for several years, and I actively rent outhouses. By the way, we bought it recently affordable house and lot, and I was so lucky because the price turned out to be very pleasant for such a house. I immediately found tenants. In general, I advise all people who have a large amount of money to invest in real estate. After all, real estate is growing in price every day, and people need to live somewhere. That is, this business is only becoming more in demand.

Real estate is generally a great investment option. It can generate ongoing passive income and can be a good long-term investment if the value increases over time.

Honestly, building a house is expensive. It will take you some time and a significant amount of money to build a house. Still, I think that investing in real estate is a good idea. But if you want to stand out from others, I recommend adding solar panels. Significant importance pays the electric system the house has. So I will recommend you to purchase solar panels, this will definitely increase the price of the house. If you are interested, I can recommend the website where I have already purchased these devices. Here it is https://www.dragonsbreathsolar.co.uk/

Investing in real estate and then renting it out is business for business's sake. And the losses? And if after renting it gets worse and you have to constantly change the components, washing, cleaning and restoring everything after the tenants.
Mortgage, portfolio. Yes. You can try, but I would give preference to forex or stocks there as well. Not because of laws, cost or taxes, but for the benefits. London is fine too, and we are all a bit misanthropic and introverted. Just renting through someone isn't always going to be profitable for you. Forex to me is no people at all, so more like forex live trading. Everything is fast there and there is a minimum of communication, or rather no communication at all. It is comfortable. Portfolios and stocks are always part and parcel. You can make investments whenever you want.

Real estate investments include apartments, land, commercial facilities, and parking spaces. The greatest profits are made from the purchase of new buildings. There are two main ways to invest in real estate renting or reselling at a premium. Both methods have pros and cons. Before choosing, consider your starting capital and the purpose of the investment. These specialists can help you with your investment management. Invest when you gain experience or get advice from a specialist. Good luck with that.

Of course, it is a good idea. Investing in real estate can bring you a lot of money. But, it is important to invest in a good property, where you can be sure that prices will go up in some years. Also, even if you don't have enough money to invest in something, you can try different real estate projects like https://investorjunkie.com/reviews/fundrise/, where you can invest less than ten and in a couple of months make around one thousand dollars. Check it out by yourself.
