Jiayou!! Don't feel too sad...I know how it feels cos I lost my #2 at week 9....I can hear it's heartbeat at week 5 but at week 9th checkup, no more....my heart broke. Was still in tears b4 the surgery.....

Har...ermmm....but I don restrict myself leh....basically i eat mah la mian (spicy noodle) almost everyday...even if there is no spicy noodle, i would put chili padi or anything tat is spicy hahha....except curry la, cos they say eat curry the skin tone of the baby will be more yellowish haha...
