The BB cream sure can. As I use Hanskin BB Caviar Gold cream on my face to cover my dark eye ring.... This Caviar Gold is more for fairer skin. But oil control not so good for me.

Which brand of BB cream are u using? I'm using the HanSkin BB cream from Korea it is made from natural ingredients. So far I have been using it for abt 3 weeks no rashes. I used it to cover my dark eye rings and my big open pores on my cheeks... It helps to hide my dark eye rings well.:001_302:
You can also try the Blemish Balm cream. It can even out skin-tone, dark circles, acne scars and add radiance to the skin without the heavy mask like effects of a foundation. Prolonged used of the product will also help improve the overall texture of the skin and fade acne scars.
