K1/K2 might be too young to be sent for tuition, especially if it is dry and boring. For this age group, I prefer sending them to centres that are able to create an interest in learning, with lots of hands-on activities.
Agree too. We usually don't sleep with the aircon on, but these few weeks the weather is terrible, super hot, even at nite. So we on the aircon sometimes. Baby sleep in the aircon room with us too. We just make sure the temp not too low and also let baby wear long sleeve and long pants. He...
For me, spanking in public? No. Scolding in public? Yes, but quietly.
What I usually do if my boy misbehaves in public, is to bring him to one side, squat down and look at him in the eye, and tell him firmly to behave himself.
If that doesn't work, we will try to distract him with things...
Yes i agree. My baby refused the bottle when I was breastfeeding him too. Until we changed the teat. I used NUK teats, very soft one, and baby started to suck from the bottle. You may want to try if u haven't.

Hi jedamum, yr boy is only 16mths. Maybe that's why activities like art & craft are not so suitable for him? His 'problem' of wanting to taste the materials may be due to his age, not a real problem. I only let my boy do art & craft when he was 30mths old. Haha! By then he can understand...
My ds LOVES to go to the playground. But he usually plays on his own and doesn't mix with the other kids. He's kinda shy, just like to look at the other kids playing but deosn't join them. The other day he was playing happily on his own when another boy came over and was trying to bully my ds. I...
