yes now i've overweight cannot imagine if i get pregnant and add more 20 kg . that will be horrible! so better to slim down first otherwise will have hardtime during pregnancy.

that is good! i have tried many slimming methods and it does not works. has tried slimming pill reductil slim down few kg but yoyo back very fast. and there is side effect too which my doctor stopped me from eating it.
