My son is 15 months and from age 1 he is sleeping 2hrs max in the afternoon 1-3pm.
But he is a Gina Ford baby so his sleep patterns are a little different. We keep naps to a minimum. He goes to bed at night at 730-8pm and sleeps till 7am. He gets a full 12 hrs at night so day time is active...
