Yah.. it also depends on whether the flat has been fully paid. If it is, then the procedure is easier. After you submit the appln, you can check with HDB or the branch office is you can start looking for a flat..

Yes, have applied. But normally you can check your application status online.. but we cannot click on the application status for this BTO.. and the puggol 1 which was out in Nov is available to check the status.. that's why I'm worried
