No use going to Small Claims Tribunal In Singapore. The judge dismissed my claim by telling me Harassment is a valid sales tactic for beauty saloons in Singapore too. (Must be the same judge) Unless you can prove you are illiterate or have a doctor to certify you cannot take their treatment.
