i can share my experience to you, after i give birth i put on 18+kg, because of image and no time to taking care off my daughter i quit my job and open beauty salon, finally, haha... i lose 12kg in one and half month! and i know now we all have budget, so my salon slimming programme...
when i give birth is on 2011 and i put on 18kg:o10:, i tried a variety of ways to lose weight but still can't slim down, when you get Older your metabolism will slow! 2012 i decide quit my Trainer job and open my own beauty salon, then i can have more time with my little princess, in a same time...
