Medela electric is great. but a bit noisy. I also used pigeon manual.. quite ok but as you all said, manual is tiring. So what I did was one breast manual, one breast electric. hehe.. save time and energy!!

Hi Carole.. how do you find taking replacement meal? Is it true you can't take milk/fruit juice while taking it? I dare not take pill because of the side effects
