I always read that to increase milk, you'd need to pump at regular intervals (2-3 hours).
But also when breastfeeding, usually babies are breastfed on demand. Or at least my baby is on the "on demand" schedule. She's 7wks old now by the way.

I remember reading the answer somewhere but I cannot find it now.. the fenugreek extract has alcohol content mentioned. Is this safe for breastfeeding? No side effects for the baby?
Wanted to ask about this one also. My baby seems content breastfeeding but whenever I use the pump, my max is 5ml. That bad :(. That output is after pumping for almost one hour. And I'd have to switch breast so often since milk only comes out a few pumps then stop. dont know if I just don't know...
