I had this problem too. Cut out on excessive pumping, as you are producing more milk than wat baby is drinking. This prob is usually at peak period from 6-12wks. You can try side lying to feed baby, it slow down the flow or unlatch when you feel the let down, let the flow slow down,then latch...

dont't give in too bottle first. Try breast compression when you latch on yur baby. Press & hold firmly on the breast and push toward the areola. This is encourage baby to drink more. Also let her stay on one breast as long as possible, dun change side unless she unlatch & cry for more milk...

You can pump 15mins each for left then follow right. Unless you are doing power pump then you can pump 10mins then stop for 5mins then 10mins again. :)
