Hi mummies, my son currently just reach 21mth. And we realise that he will on n off having cough with phlegm and running nose. We just go to the normal family doc. I wanted to know is it normal for a toodler to have cough n running nose like 2 month once? I wanted to go those specialist clinic, like RH or mount e. Would it be useful. Pls advise?
