3 mth baby sleeping through the night

Hihi mums & dads,

my 3 mth old LO is currently having a bit of blocked nose and phlegm in throat. Saw the doc and was given some med, but realise she has been sleeping through the night (i.e 8hrs+) while on medication. Is there a cause for concern since she is not waking up for feed in the middle of the night?

If she is feeding well through the day I'd let her sleep. Babies' sleep can change constantly so enjoy this time she is sleeping for longer
Just keep an eye out to make sure all is well while she sleeps.
