Any good chinese tuition centre or tutor at Spottiswoode Park area?

I am looking for a good chinese tuition centre or private tutor for my boy who will be entering primary school in 2009. His chinese is very poor so would like to establish a good foundation for him. Any idea of good ones around Spottiswoode Park area (near SGH, Outram)?
