Any good hair stylist to recommend for hair cut?

Hi all

I am staying in Tampines and looking for a good hair stylist for hair cut. I dont mind those along east bound mrt station or central. If cheaper better... My friend recommend her hair stylist but ex (to me)... she charges $55 onwards for a hair cut.
