I would like to know how do you apply for childcare subsidy for self employed mum (e.g. property agent)?

Do you go to the supreme court for statutory declaration?

Hi. I'm a self employed mum. Yes you need to go to the Supreme Court to take an commissioners or oaths. It cost about $20 and process takes about only 20 mins.

They will give you the original copy of oaths and you just give them to your child childcare center
