Anybody insert IUD/IUS?

Anybody do that(as above).Izzit safe? After insert can we carry heavy thing or squart down?

not to scare u or anythin but i thot of it as an alternative fr pills. i always 4got to eat then 1 day my period come nearly a month it didnt stop. aft tt i opt for iud.. i did spoke to the nurse b4 everythin. then i ask her advise la.. n u know wat she say?she say majority who put in tt got infection. it is normal though to hav it but some got bad infection to the point tt discharge turned smelly n yellow to greenish form.i back out becos of tt.. heheh... cant stand to hear anymore.. so now i on myself lorr.. jaga2 ownself.. not using anythin.. y dont u search for gp havin patch one?? i think tt's e easiest..
