I used to go to AMORE WOODLANDS to exercise 3 times a week. But I have stopped for 3 months due to maid issues.
I planned to go back to my exercise regime in October. I go 2 times during weekday (evening) and 1 time during weekend. The classes I usually attend are kickboxing and Hi/Lo. I want to include New Body for toning.
Anyone interested to join me? We can motivate one another.....
