There's this very "tried" test that can DIY at home to "test" for boy or girl.
Pour some of your FMU (First Morning Urine) into a tbsp of baking powder.
If it fizzles like beer = BOY; If no reaction = GIRL
Based on other forums, for mummies carrying boys, the urine is more acidic which causes the reaction on the baking soda.
And vice versa for girls (more alkaline) hence no reaction to the baking soda.
During 16 weeks checkup, baby was shy and couldn't conclude if boy or girl.
Gotta wait for Detailed scan at 20 weeks and the curiosity is getting the better of me....
