Method
1) Marinate pork belly with seasoning for about 1
hour
2) Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, sauté Ingredients A till
fragrant
3) Toss in marinated pork, stir fry till fragrant
4) Stir in bean curd skin
5) Add water to just cover the contents, bring to a
boil
6) Stir in 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce for colour,
reduce heat and simmer till meat and bean curd skin
become softened.
