Bread pudding dessert !!! ♥

- Break 3 eggs
- Beat them up till v.fine... about 5mins of beating.
- Add in half a cup of sugar.

- Combine one cup of milk with half cup of hot water in a separate bowl
- and pour the mixture into the sugar and eggs.
- Beat them.

You are done with the liquid part.

Now,
- take the rasins and wash them.
- Cut the breads into cubes
- Add them into the liquid mixture
- mix them up using a table spoon
- and let them rest for 5-10mins for the bread to absorb.

- Oil your container before pouring in the mixture. I used 100g butter for this.

For the baking process, take note, i
- set 190 degree C for the first 30mins, then
- lower it to 160 degree C and continue baking for another 20mins.

Be careful when taking it out, let it cool down for a while but its better to serve it warm.

Food historians generally attribute the origin of basic bread pudding to frugal cooks who did not want to waste stale bread. It most likely originated in England in the late 1600s. In New Orleans, you will find a large number of variations.
