yups.. it's ok to take Brands Chicken of Essence. Can also take birds nest. but always in moderation.

I took throughout my pregnancy. Take the normal one. Don't take those with additional herbs and stuff.

Still, everything in moderation is key. Can take doesn't mean should take everyday.

If I take too much of this, ie, everyday, I will get too heaty and ulcers will start developing in my mouth.

Maybe 1st trimester the baby still not that stable???
