Chocolate Fudge

In a pot, empty the whole can of condensed milk and all the dark chocolate (broken up into smaller pieces). Turn on the stove at low heat and stir constantly until all the chocolate has melted.
Add the crushed nuts and butter and stir till the butter has melted.
Taste the fudge. If it is too sweet, add some cocoa powder. You may add a pinch of salt at this point.
Pour the warm fudge into a aluminum foil pan (either square or rectangle)
Let it sit aside to cool for about an hour before refridgerating.
Leave it in the fridge to harden for at least 3 hours.
Take the hardened fudge out of the fridge. Tear off the foil pan and cut up the fudge into bite sizes.
Store in the fridge.
