Hi...I am looking to rent out my common room for daily rental. Good for those who only want to rent short term or whoever has friends or relatives who come over for visiting or visit Singapore. I only renting out to female tenant though. Daily rent from $35 to $50 per day. Rates are different depending on usage of aircon and internet not.
