Disorders in talking?

Hi ,

My son is 3 years old and he still cant talk clearly or even talk in sentences. He can only say the below words :

Mummum
Fish
Chicken
Barney Cake
Big Lorry
Swallow
Eat
Cake
Ipad
Phone
Bye
Good Morning and etc.

I am worried if he has any disorders in talking. Anyone faced this kinda problem where you kid takes a longer time to talk?

Hi im an ex preschool teacher. Minor case it might be just speech delay. Worst case scenario it might be autism. So it's best that you bring your child for assessment.
