Hi mummies, what ur kids call ur mum? Ah ma or popo?
when i'm small i used to call my grandma(mum's mother) popo. So my son also follow the same. But my mil also say is 外婆。does it really matter 婆婆 n 外婆。so sick of my mil.

Calling correctly does matter, if not how your kids address their uncles if there are 5 uncles (dad brother). I always teach my kids to address correctly.

Hi all. I uds. But the main problem piss me off is my hus grandma (maternal) they call her ah ma instead of 外婆。 i always tell my hus ask his mum don come n teach my son so much. Coz they all also call wrongly.

Well, some of them really mind.

Like my aunt too .. She don't allow me to call my grandma 婆婆 , her daughter's child should call 外婆, her son's child call 婆婆.

There for I call 外婆 and my cousin call her 婆婆.
