is it consider RAPE if I not willing to have sex with my ex.

please advice, what should I do, is more than few times already.

In the eyes of the law, yes it is considered rape. I thought he is re-married? why did he look for you to force you to have sex? how did it happened and at what place? because if you make a police report, he can say the sex is consensual.

yep, ex re-married already, ex taking advantage of me due to I cannot forget & leave him, told me his problems, wife been avoiding him, 3rd semester already, due soon, early I'm willing but later I see that ex wife already give birth, he should go back to his wife even thou I cannot forget & leave him.

yep, earlier I'm willing but later I see that ex frequent look for me, just for sex only, not really listen to my day problems happening around at work.

I still love ex, cannot forget our good N happy times when we were still together that time.
