Feeling feverish during pregnancy?

Is it normal to have feverish feeling during pregnancy? I'm like having slight fever, mouth and eyes and face are hot but sometimes I feel cold inside. This happens almost everyday, get worse if I go under the sun. I'm into 15 weeks now and worried if it's heatiness. Plus, I have not had ultrasound since 7th week, next one is 20th week.

I drink quite adequate amount of water, 2 to 2.5 litres at room temperature...feels really good as I drink coz it cools my tongue for a while.

its normal to feel heaty and sumtimes cold.. i felt the same way when i was in my first trimester but n0w second trimester feeling much better liao.. hmm.. funny h0w c0me ur gynae does not do scan for you every month when u go for checkup mah?

Healthcare system here is different unless I go private. By right first scan is around 12 weeks, second one 20 weeks then from third trimester onwards, fortnightly. Because I was eager to have one at 7 weeks to see the heartbeat, so they cancelled my 12 weeks scan. Kind of ridiculous I thought...but it seems normal for everyone here.

Oh.... in Singapore, it is a monthly scan from 3/4 months (if u sign a package at 15 weeks or 20 weeks latest) up till 8 months. Then will be one in 3 weeks later, followed by one in 2 weeks and once a week till delivered.
