How to clean the dirt on LV neverfull bag?

Hi, I have a mm LV neverfull bag which I used for a year, But recently I found some dirt on the cowhide trimming and it turn dark brown. Any advice to clean it?

Have you even tried light soap? But if the stain is too persistent, you may want to consider professional cleaning. I tried The Bag Spa, it's not bad but it's not cheap either. Better send it in while the stain is not too long, otherwise, cleaning it off may be difficult.

I think prices start from around $60 or so, depending on the condition and size of the bag. When I sent my Gucci for cleaning 5 mths ago, it cost me $70.

Where can we send these bags for a clean? I passed by Bag Spa at millenia walk and asked the lady abt the price. She sounded not so friendly and kind of stuck up..

hv u tried using a eraser ? i did that for my eva. it does help for me.
