Responsibilities
• Provide support for recruitment of staff in the organization
• Work closely with hiring manager on staffing needs
• Pre-screen and shortlist suitable candidates
• Ensure Job postings are updated across several recruitment portals
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities
• Participate in job fairs, forums and conferences on recruitment purposes
• Any other duties that may be assigned


Requirements
• Degree in HR or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in healthcare & social service sectors for mid and lower level staff
• Pro-active and resourceful team member
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
