Dear mummy, Can advise if any learning centre nearby tampines or eastern side? My son already 4 years old (K1) but still can really read....getting little worried.

Can mummy send ur child to any enrichment programe for reading?

I need one good n reasonable rate near tampines/simei/bedok/pasir ris.....
