i need help.. more off boost of confidence~

im a second time mother. i had a bb girl. she's fine n well.. n turnin 11mths. the problem is now i am havin a second baby.. not even recovered back my old slim body n now i havin another one!!! now im lookin like a i-dont-know-how-to-describe. i think i look FAT~ ahyo!!! so stressed also!!! help!!any mommies out there same problems? i need some stories to make me feel better or ways not to put on n look fatter this pregnancy~

Ger i totally knw wat u mean coz b4 i had my ds i am already quite big size as my shoulder is broad n my bones r big so end up i look quite big size for a ger. Especially during the period i am preg wif my ds i was getting more n more fat tat i tot i saw a PIG in the mirror. Even after giving birth to my ds for 6mths i still look so fat BUT i knw we r putting on weight n looking bad for our children. As their mother, we need to haf sum sacrifices for them n i believed many of our mothers r juz the same too in terms of figure wise.

Juz tell urself dun worry so much now as u r preg currently n all u haf to do is stay relax + dun worry so much over things tat can b solved after u gif birth to ur #2. Juz tell urself after giving birth of ur #2 u can slim down but working hard on ur diet or even exercise so tat u can gain back ur old slim figure. U haf to tell urself tat u might look fat now is bcoz ur preg so it normal which u can slim down again after birth. Been fat now doesnt mean forever but rather if ur willing to work hard on ur diet which i believe u can regain ur old figure again.

Dun tink so much n worry so much coz it is really unhealthy for both u n ur bb. I believe when ur children grows up they will knw how noble their mother is for doing so much sacrifices for them.

I put on 20over kgs for my 1st pregnancy(in 2005) thinking that eating more my bb will be big when birth. N i din manage to slim down after giving birth:tsad:. Giving myself excuses that i will be having my 2nd one soon so must as well slim down after i close shop.

I just given birth in mar. n for my 2nd pregnancy i only gain abt 12kgs... and bb weighs heavier and taller than the elder bro... so not nec to eat alot during pregnancy but must eat healthy... :twink:

Oh i engaged the malay massage lady recommended by Loves. She is good. I think massage does help in slimming down too...

dun worry so much on ur figure now... most impt is to have a healthy bb... after delivery then work hard on slimming down n this is wat im doing now...:we3jiggy:

PSPS OT abit, so hows the malay massage lady aunty katijah? I heard sum mummies complaining abt her at another forum for been late or last min cancel appt so did it happened on ya?

Yes most important now is haf healthy bb n as for slimming down u can do it after ur delivery. I aso gained alot of weight 16kgs n put on abit more kg few mths later although i did lose abit weight after my confinement BUT i aso managed to shed off 17kg which now even lighter than b4 preg. :shyxxx:

I believe if i can do it, lizz u aso can do it too :red:if u r willing to put in efforts n dun b lazy COZ there's always a saying NO PAIN NO GAIN. If u wan to b slim u haf to work hard for it. All the efforts r worth it !!:tlaugh:

i know.. excercise sure can go down.... but i juz like fed up n lookin and everytime wanna chosse clothes, i take long time to finally settle down.. it's juz the heat of the moment i feel so fed up. so much of bein a fitness trainer!! hahaha.. i shud laugh at myself but u know thigns can juz pull u down..hey ezenne, recommend le yr massage lady n also how long u went for the massage. i did a week but the massage lady is stoopid! suka2 come late or juz put time on her own.. but thanks ladies i feel a biiiiittttt better~ heeeee...
