I think my baby is bigger than it expect

Hello, I'm a first time mom. My last period was on 4th June. So I was suppose to be like 11 to 12weeks. Went to my neighbourhood clinic to scan because my 1st appointment at KK will be in 2 weeks time long. The scan machine measure my baby should be in 13weeks and 7cm long. Is bigger than it expect. Is ok to be big than small right because I nv vomit throughout the whole pregnancy

my last period was 2nd jun and oscar scan shows that i was week 13 two weeks back when 1 week b4 my oscars test my gyne told me was at week 11+. i also never vomit till now.
