Massage Tool’s ?

I picked this up last week and was surprised at how well it works especially for $40
Anyone have experience with these ?
Whats some you find most effective ?

To my mind, massage guns are the best. They have many benefits, including an improved range of motion and recovery time.

The most common are massagers, hot stones, and spiky balls. I used all of them, plus cupping sets. The last option is the most pleasant! It helps your body relax and clears your mind after a tough day. However, it's not allowed for kids and sensitive women. It can leave bruises. It's better to consult a specialist before using a cupping set. Nevertheless, nothing is better than a massage at Med Spa Calabasas. I wouldn't change it on anything. The specialist there have golden hands. I wish I had enough time to go there more often.
