hi. when i was pregnant with my dd, during the first trimester i also felt a weird feeling at my abdomen. But mine wasn't bubble feeling. i felt some tightness at my abdomen.

about your tender breast, every women differs. So im sure it's normal for your breast to be tender & not sore. If you still have some doubts, you can check with your gynae. :tlaugh:
