Not gaining enough weight

Hi same here, i also in my 15 weeks now... only gain abt 1 kg so far...
last visit to my gynae at 12 weeks, i actually lost weight abt 1 kg.. but my gynae said is ok, not to worry lor....

Hi Flora,

dun worry too much. Coz I also didn't gain alot during this pregg. From the now till now I gain 5kgs and now Wk 30 my gal @ 1.4kgs, but i start control I lost 2.8 kgs. But I did ask my gynee he say is ok so long bb gain weight.

hi yuki... my DS weight was 2.39kg when he was born, perfectly healthy! if they are growing well, weight does not matter cos they will put on after that.

ya loh i told my hubby liao but he still insist bb must have at least 3 kg...

just went check up last week, bb is between 2.9-3kg liao...... but i lose weight half a kg.

a bit worry if bb get too big different for me to deliver..lol

i also hope my bb will hav at least 3kilo when born =( i'm now 35weeks and bb is about 1.9kilo... =(

I only gain about 12kg during my pregnancy and what's more, I am about 10kg under weight before my pregnancy and I have to work extra hard. I was abt 52kg before I give birth and I am already feeling great that I have hit 50kg and above.

Hi,

I am about 4 and a half months pregnant. I have only gained less than 1 kg so far. My Gynae has assured me that this is fine and that my baby is growing well so there is nothing to worry about .But it still worries me a little as some pregnancy books and websites emphasize on the importance of weight gain. Is this normal and is it possible to gain weight in the coming weeks?
