Piles

Hi!
After 3 weeks of natural delivery, I'm having piles. When I pass motion, there's fresh blood among my stools. I'm wondering whether the piles are from the delivery. If it is, then I should be getting bloody stools in the first week rather than now. I'm not having constipation and having soft stools, so I don't think i'm squeezing too hard. My mil says it's because of heaty... Anyone has such post-pregnancy syndrome? I'm wondering whether it will go off by its own or I need to see specialist.. =( Thankfully it's not painful at all.

my piles was very bad during preg and confinement period. i was constipated for a week aft giving birth and went to GP and got some medication from him. Lucky the GP i saw was an experience one. He explained to me thoroughly and said if the piles bleed, means everything is okay and amazingly, i managed to poo on that night and the piles burst and bleed.

if the piles is bothering u, pls see a doctor. nth to be shy abt. that is what doctors are for. can always see a female GP. during my preg, i also have pro on piles (and a v bad one), and i went to a female GP b4 going bk to my gynae =)

Hi Edwinie. Actually I just delivered 2 weeks ago. My piles was horrendous. I developed it 2 days b4 my delivery, when I was trying hard to poop out. Very painful. During delivery, de piles got worse. In husband's words, 'its like a sausage!' My piles bothered me mOre than my stitches!!! I couldnt walk nor sit properly. Now my piles is feeling better after 2 wks. I just do not know if de size had reduced or not. Cos I can't see for myself. I got no guts to do so too. I even dun dare to poo. Until cannot tahan. I just sit on thw toilet bowl n wait for the poo to slide down.. Haha. Anyhoooooo, I hope your piles will reduce n recover soon yah. I know de sucky feeling of having piles...

Hi Apollo, i have pile even before i was pregnant and its getting worst now that i am 22 weeks. I am thinking of getting rid of the piles now because it is causing me stress every time i visit the toilet due to the pain that i have to go through clearing my bowel.
What treatment did your GP use on you and does it hurt?

my mum said when she gave birth to me, she laser her piles away immediately after labour. anyone heard of such thing before? (it's 23 years ago, maybe she remember wrongly or something because i never heard of such thing)

Hi to all mummies and mommies to be out there!!

I desperately need an answer, and really appreciated any mommy out there to help me!! I have an internal pile which is unluckily close to the anus opening and not an external one and I had this pile for few years. it doesn't give me any pain or itch (only slight bleeding if I got hard stool). it only come out after every pooping regardless of how soft my poops are, and after it I have to push it back if not it will get uncomfortable or pain.

anyway I went to see a specialist n she say that the only way to remove it is to have surgery to cut it off (cant even use rubber band or staple method) and she say it is totally up to me to decide (cox not severe to become MUST CUT).

Now I am trying to conceive and I don't know whether to have the surgery then conceive or not get the surgery. Cox the doc say after cutting it, it might come back during pregnancy :((((

Is there anyone out there who has similar experience with me ??? or anyone that can advise?
