Recycle Bags?

hi mummies,
was thinking, govt/NEA keep encourage us to bring our own shopping bag when go buy grocery but the outcome isnt very good, to me if really want ppl to bring their own bag, either u give out 2 or more free recycle bag or give more discount/let us gain more pts when we buy or wen we bring along our own shopping bags. After a while i am sure the outcome will be lotz better than today, esp when we can gain something frm it.

Hi,

I am currently based in Shanghai, effective 1st Jun, no more plastic bags are being issued in supermarkets or retail shops (Espirit, Giordano). If you want plastic bags, got to pay for them. Initially I felt uncomfortable lei to have to bring our own recycle bags but after 1st week of bringing our own bag, some how you just get the hang of it...so now before I go shopping or supermarketing.. I always must remember to bring bags...forget to bring then got to buy bag .... Sooner or later Singapore will implement this for the whole country i believe....
