Resign after Maternity
Hi all,
I just give birth to my child. And I'm on maternity too however my plans change after giving birth to my baby which I decided to resign.
The next day another colleague send me whatapps and told me that she very disappointed with me why am I so irresponsible.
Seriously what irresponsible they talking about?? I tender early and infrom them. And they have temp staff to do the data entry. And my job is not a demanding job elbasically data entry. I dont't understand what is wrong to resign and I want to take care of my baby,?
Why do they have to treat me like I owe them? And I didn't plan of not return to work in the first place. Just after my baby was born I wanted to plan the best for my baby.
I really dont't understand. And I feel I dont't deserve to listen to their nonsense.
